Conventional turner usa

We are looking for experienced conventional turners. Age would be perfect between 35- 45 years with very good English language skills to work for one year in the US. The selected guys must be very good because of the distance and quality of the work.
Job description: Jacking gearboxes in the offshore industry.
Experiences with:
# 6, # 5, and # 3 Horizontal machines.  
Vertical up to Lathe up to swing.
Parts will vary from 200 to pounds.
 
As for the men we need them to be:  
Versatile in blue print machining
Machinist must be able to set up and perform all aspects of the machining process.
Machinist with the ability to run both Manual and CNC would be a huge plus.
